We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on a migration project focused on 3DS authentication and e-commerce transactions. This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project success and alignment with agreed standards and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Align deliverables with established standards and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed business specifications, process flows, use cases, and system interaction descriptions.
- Support the preparation of estimates and Indicative/Final offers for customers.
- Collaborate with other departments during testing and validation processes.
- Develop user documentation for the implemented solutions.
- Maintain close cooperation with internal and external customers, suppliers, and card schemes.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in card processing and analytical work.
- Expertise in business areas related to card processing, such as:
- Authorization
- Clearing & Settlement
- Card Scheme Certifications
- ATM/POS Acquiring
- Transaction Switching/Routing
- Card Personalization
