AI Agent Engineer

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to translate identified AI and automation opportunities into working, production-grade solutions.

This is a stakeholder-facing engineering role. You will work directly with claims handlers, underwriters, operations specialists and back-office teams to understand their processes and build effective AI solutions.

Technical skills

• Ability to elicit detailed requirements directly from end users through structured working sessions and document outcomes in a form engineering teams can build upon.
• Prompt, Context and Harness Engineering.
• MCP and Agent-to-Agent concepts.
• Python and microservices.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• API integration experience.
• Software engineering fundamentals and TDD.
• Evaluation discipline for non-deterministic systems, including golden datasets, regression testing for prompt changes, and observability of latency, cost and quality.

• Strong sense of ownership combined with an experimentation mindset.
• Comfortable working within regulated-data constraints, including GDPR, PII handling, model governance and no-train clauses.

Languages

• English at B2 level or higher.
• Slovak, required for working sessions with end users.
• German is an advantage.
