Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on a migration project focused on 3DS authentication and e-commerce transactions. This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project success and alignment with agreed standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Align deliverables with established standards and methodologies.
• Prepare detailed business specifications, process flows, use cases, and system interaction descriptions.
• Support the preparation of estimates and Indicative/Final offers for customers.
• Collaborate with other departments during testing and validation processes.
• Develop user documentation for the implemented solutions.
• Maintain close cooperation with internal and external customers, suppliers, and card schemes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in card processing and analytical work.
• Expertise in business areas related to card processing, such as:
  • Authorization
  • Clearing & Settlement
  • Card Scheme Certifications
  • ATM/POS Acquiring
  • Transaction Switching/Routing
  • Card Personalization
