General Description
Our client is migrating to a new SAP S/4HANA ERP, consolidating primarily two legacy SAP ECC systems while transforming its Finance and Procurement processes. We are looking for an experienced engineer to own the data migration work within this program.
What will you be doing?
- Execute data migration by extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data into the target SAP S/4HANA system according to defined migration rules.
- Build, run and optimize migration jobs using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
- Use SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit to load and validate data.
- Support the consolidation of data from two legacy SAP ECC systems.
- Work with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency and completeness.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and support testing and cutover activities.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in SAP BO Data Services (BODS).
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data migration or data engineering.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
