BI analytik / BI developer (Looker)

We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst/Developer who will work with data that has real business impact, design data models, create dashboards and raise reporting and analytics to the next level.

• Advanced SQL knowledge (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization).
• Practical experience with Looker and LookML.
• Knowledge of data modeling (Star Schema / Snowflake Schema).
• Experience with DWH technologies (BigQuery, Snowflake or similar platforms).
• Analytical mindset and the ability to understand the business context of data.
• Independence and the ability to communicate with both technical and business users.

Nice to have:

• Basic Python for automation or data transformations.
• Experience with dbt.
• Knowledge of Git workflow and versioning.
• Exposure to BI governance or data quality management.
