Job description:
- Lead and shape DevOps practices across a cloud-native ecosystem
- Design and optimize scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines and Azure infrastructure
- Develop robust DevOps frameworks to support product growth and operational excellence
- Provide hands-on support to product teams, building shared tools and aligning practices
- Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and strategic alignment
- Continuously improve shared CI/CD architecture and adopt modern DevOps technologies
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to balance reliability, agility, and efficiency
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in an architectural role
- Experience in agile development environments
- Strong expertise in:
- Designing and implementing DevOps architectures
- Azure Cloud (especially from a DevOps perspective)
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Helm)
- CI/CD design and tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Familiarity with:
- Security & networking concepts (e.g., Cloudflare, Entra ID, Okta, OAuth)
- Software quality & vulnerability scanning tools (SonarQube, Invicti, Aqua)
- Object-oriented programming (Java, .NET, or Go)
- Build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
