We are looking for a Digital Data Architect to work on international projects with global impact, collaborating closely with Data Engineers and designing efficient architectures for databases and data processes.
The role focuses on defining functional designs and application systems architecture across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architecture deliverables to solve business problems.
- Design an application’s technical infrastructure, including specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
- Lead the evaluation and deployment of new technologies to add or enhance existing digital technical capabilities.
- Address business requirements for applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meet business results.
Requirements
- 8 years of professional experience.
- English language proficiency: Upper intermediate (B2).
- Experience with data lakes, preferably Snowflake, to store, manage, and analyze large volumes of data.
- Proven experience with AWS components and services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and other AWS services to design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Experience with application design methodologies, techniques, and tools to convert business requirements into technical application design.
- Understanding of processes, techniques, and factors affecting data architecture, including the ability to design blueprints for integrating data resources for business processes and functional support.
- Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirements analysis; ability to elicit, analyze, and record functional and non-functional requirements to support successful system/software development projects.
- Ability to determine root causes of organizational problems and propose alternative solutions.
- Nice to have: good understanding of ETL processes, including experience with ETL tools and techniques for data integration and transformation.
- Nice to have: broad experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design and manage data storage solutions aligned with business requirements.
