Senior SAS Viya Developer / Consultant

We are seeking experienced Senior SAS experts to assist our client in migrating SAS reports and procedures to SAS Viya. This role involves further development activities on SAS Viya and is entirely remote, offered as a full-time contract for an initial period of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate existing SAS reports and SAS procedures from legacy SAS environments to SAS Viya
• Analyze existing SAS code and adapt it to the SAS Viya architecture
• Perform SAS Viya development, including enhancements, optimizations, and new implementations
• Ensure functional correctness and performance of migrated solutions
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and technical teams in an international environment
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned migration and development tasks

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience with SAS
• Strong knowledge of SAS Base, SAS procedures, and SAS reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAS Viya (mandatory)
• Proven experience with SAS migration projects is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Very good English communication skills
• Availability for full-time (100%) engagement for at least 6 months
