Senior IT analytik – Guidewire PolicyCenter

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst specializing in Guidewire PolicyCenter technology for our client for a long-term contract engagement.

The main responsibility will be the technical analysis of the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform, its functionality, architecture, data structures, integration interfaces, and configuration or extension options. The candidate will be involved in the internalization program for the solution and subsequent implementation phases for insurance products.

The position is open to candidates within the EU, with the possibility of predominantly remote work and occasional on-site presence.

Required experience and knowledge:

• At least 5 years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ideally gained on implementation or integration projects.
• Proven experience as an IT/System Analyst or Technical Analyst.
• Ability to independently analyze Guidewire PolicyCenter technology, its architecture, functionality, configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with technical analysis and solution design (Solution Design).
• Ability to prepare detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Experience analyzing data models, system interfaces, and integration flows.
• English proficiency at least at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of other Guidewire modules, particularly BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Knowledge of technologies used in the Guidewire ecosystem, such as Gosu, Java, or SQL.
• Experience implementing insurance products.
• Knowledge of the Czech insurance market.
• Czech or Slovak language skills.

• Full-time contract engagement.
• 24-month project with the prospect of further cooperation.
• Predominantly remote work within the EU.
• On-site presence approximately once per quarter in Pardubice and 2 days per month in Warsaw.
• Travel expenses covered.
