We are looking for an SAP Application Support Specialist for our client, a Swiss technology leader with a branch in Bratislava, specializing in dynamic measurement technology. Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the full functionality of SAP logistics modules: PP, MM, IM, and WM.
- Handle SAP requests from Key Users worldwide via ticketing and phone support.
- Provide consulting and support for new business process implementations.
- Perform basic customizing tasks within daily business support.
- Identify training needs and conduct workshops & training for Key and End Users.
- Create and optimize training documentation.
- Manage SAP user accounts (creation and parameter updates).
- Conduct testing for system updates and process changes.
- Organize and oversee the SAP emergency hotline during public holidays.
- Support reporting requirements, including evaluating existing programs and, if necessary, creating minor custom queries.
Your Profile:
- Business degree with further education in logistics or economics.
- 3+ years of experience as a Key User in:
- Production (PP)
- Material Management & Purchasing (MM)
- Warehouse Management (IM/WM)
- Advantageous skills:
- Supplier Webshop OCI/EDI
- Project Module (PS)
- Variant Configuration (VC)
- Basic knowledge of SAP Customizing
- Experience with international customers & teams.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer orientation.
- Fluent in German & English (B2 level, spoken & written).
