IT Solution Architect

We are looking for a seasoned IT Solutions Architect to help shape and deliver comprehensive architectures for a real-time decisioning platform. This full-time role requires close collaboration with multiple teams to translate business expectations into practical, reliable technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft end-to-end solution designs that fulfill business needs and break implementation work down into verifiable units.

• Assess proposed approaches for their technical soundness as well as operational and financial implications.

• Perform IT analysis and uphold the standards, methods, and documentation tied to it.

• Build a deep understanding of architectural components and how they interconnect.

• Provide guidance on how new capabilities may influence existing systems and ongoing agile team activities.

• Detect possible constraints or risks in solution design based on stated business goals.

• Produce thorough design documentation, including architectural overviews, components, and the selected technology stack.

• Define implementation activities for delivery teams or other contributing roles.

• Continuously look for opportunities to refine or enhance current solutions.

• Offer technical leadership and direction to development teams.

• Investigate defects using root-cause methods and ensure they are addressed properly.

Required Competencies:

• Hands-on practice with Camunda.

• Familiarity with real-time streaming tools and processing frameworks such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and ksql.

• Understanding of native mobile application development principles.

• Background working with order management environments and digital onboarding processes.

• Exposure to campaign management platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong command of modeling standards like Archimate, UML, and BPMN.

• Experience with technologies including Java, Python, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, and OpenAPI.

• Knowledge of middleware solutions and API-driven integrations for seamless system communication.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and non-technical stakeholders.
