We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Java expertise to join a collaborative project involving teams in Germany and Slovakia. This role focuses on designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions across multiple systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend systems with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
- Work with Apache Kafka for data streaming and system integration.
- Implement REST APIs to ensure smooth communication between applications.
- Manage build, configuration, and release processes using Maven and related tools.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes.
- Perform integrated testing using Cucumber or Gauge frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Germany and Slovakia to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, Java Deployment Technologies, and Java Scripted Pages.
- Fluent in both English and German (mandatory).
- Based in Slovakia or the Czech Republic, with a valid frame agreement.
- Available for a one-year assignment, starting as soon as possible, with potential extension.
