Solution architekt

We are building a new, comprehensive, and integration-intensive solution for the Credits business domain, based on a modern cloud platform, a new core system, and a process platform.

As a Solution Architect, you will contribute to its creation from the very beginning and directly influence its design with a view to the next 10+ years. The role includes designing the solution throughout the entire software development process and working closely with architects, analysts, developers, Product Owners, and sponsors.

• Demonstrable experience in designing solution architectures for complex and integration-intensive solutions.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, with a focus on integration, and an understanding of system integration, including its principles and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Experience designing REST API services or other integration patterns.
• Broad technical knowledge and a natural interest in new and innovative trends in information systems architecture.
• Active knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
• Ability to communicate with key roles, especially architects, IT analysts, developers, Product Owners, and sponsors.
• Strong organizational skills and a desire for further development.
• Structured, reliable, and highly independent approach.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work as part of an agile or project team and a results-oriented approach, with an emphasis on benefits for the internal client.
• Ability to independently obtain information, take an active approach to solving tasks, and quickly orient yourself in a complex environment.
• Active knowledge of English for working with professional texts.
• Willingness to help internal partners actively and find solutions for them.
• Ability to find common ground with customers, experts, and managers.
• Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of the Credits business domain are an advantage.
