Required technologies
We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise clients.
You will help deliver two connected solutions from start to finish on a shared, reusable Azure backend:
A conversational assistant using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and a knowledge base that grows over time.
An LLM-driven pipeline that scores and improves data quality while connecting enterprise ticketing and knowledge-management systems.
You will also turn the delivered solutions into reusable agent templates, allowing future use cases to be developed without starting from scratch.

Design and implement AI agents on Microsoft Foundry, including model deployment, prompt design and orchestration logic.
Build RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search and Blob Storage, including ingestion, chunking, indexing and returning answers with their sources.
Publish agents to Microsoft Teams through Azure Bot Service, including escalation flows and human-in-the-loop approval.
Build LLM-based workflows that evaluate content against agreed quality criteria and automatically fix records using only the data already contained in them, without inventing information.
Develop integration services on Azure Functions and/or Container Apps, including batch imports of historical data, webhook-driven processing of new records and controlled write-backs to target systems.
Set up observability with Azure Monitor and Application Insights, including agent traces, errors and latency.
Implement secure access with Entra ID, managed identities and Key Vault, and agree network and authentication design with client IT and security teams.
Build test and evaluation frameworks for agent quality, including load testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Package components into reusable agent templates and write clear documentation for code, integrations and processes.
Required qualifications
At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building LLM or Generative AI solutions in production.
Strong Python skills; TypeScript is an advantage.
Proven experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search and RAG architectures.
Hands-on experience with Azure Functions or Container Apps, REST APIs and webhooks.
Working knowledge of Entra ID, Key Vault and Azure networking basics.
Experience evaluating LLM output, for example through rubric-based scoring, regression test sets or LLM-as-judge approaches.
Fluent Czech and English.
Nice to have
Experience integrating enterprise SaaS tools such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint through their APIs.
Experience with Microsoft Teams bots or the Bot Framework.

Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
