We are looking for a skilled Senior SAP Migration Lead to manage the implementation of SAP S/4Hana.
This role will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and oversight of data migration activities into SAP platforms - particularly SAP S/4HANA. While not focused on hands-on technical execution, this role will drive migration strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure seamless collaboration across technical integrators, business units, and program teams.

Description:
- Strategic Planning & Risk Management
Define and align data migration strategies with program goals and timelines. Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Migration Lifecycle Oversight
Coordinate end-to-end migration activities (ETL), ensuring progress tracking, data quality, and timely issue resolution across teams and partners.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Leadership
Serve as the main point of contact between business, technical teams, and integrators. Drive clear communication, alignment, and status reporting.
- Quality Control & Performance Monitoring
Ensure data integrity through validation and testing. Monitor migration metrics and address quality or performance issues proactively.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain accurate documentation of strategies and progress. Support training and deliver post-migration insights and reports for future reference.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in leading or coordinating SAP data migration or ERP transformation programs
- Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and technical streams
- Background in cross-functional collaboration and vendor/integrator management
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate and coordinate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience with third-party system integrators or vendors
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
- Knowledge of data governance, validation, and data quality best practices
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Slovak/Czech a plus
