IT Analytik

We are looking for a new colleague to join the electronic banking team who will analyse the requirements of existing and new customers and transform them into functional specifications for developers. The role will also involve accepting the development team's deliverables and holding regular consultations with business owners, analysts and testers on the customer side.

Our projects cover a wide range of functionalities across digital banking channels, from payment services and the sale of banking products to solution security and notifications.

The position also includes involvement in bid teams and collaboration on preparing responses to RFI and RFP requests for potential new customers.

• responsibility for the formal and substantive quality of deliverables for the customer (analysis, documentation, presentations, minutes, etc.)

Required knowledge:

• practical knowledge of UML (use case, class diagram, sequence diagram, state diagram)
• experience working with Enterprise Architect or another modelling tool
• experience working with an SQL database (data retrieval, table design)
• advanced MS Office skills
• knowledge of banking and investments

Knowledge of the following is an advantage:

• REST Webservices – OpenAPI/swagger, JSON schema
• working with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode)
• ability to manage a development team
